Discover Wicklow: A Passport to Adventure
Last year while creating a guide to Dublin and surrounding areas for Notre Dame fans attending the Aer Lingus Football Classic, I was introduced to the Wicklow Passport by Fred Verdier, the tourism officer for the Wicklow County Council.
He arranged a meeting for me to experience Avondale Beyond the Trees, where I earned my first stamp and began my quest to become a “Wicklow Ambassador.”
I completed the passport this past July.
